By accessing or purchasing from UniPeak (unipeakframes.com), you agree to the following terms.

Products & Pricing

All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. Prices at the time of your order confirmation are final for that order.

Orders & Payment

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. We accept major credit cards and PayPal through Shopify Payments. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed and another when it ships.

Shipping

Free standard shipping on all orders within the United States
Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days
Tracking information is provided via email once shipped
We do not currently ship internationally

Returns & Refunds

30-day return window from the date of delivery
Items must be unused and in original packaging
Contact support@unipeakframes.com with your order number to initiate a return
We provide a prepaid return shipping label
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item

Warranty

All UniPeak bed frames include a 2-year limited warranty
Covers manufacturing defects, structural failures, and finish defects under normal use
Does not cover damage from misuse, improper assembly, or normal wear
To make a warranty claim, email us with photos of the issue and your order number

Limitation of Liability

UniPeak is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
