How long does shipping take? +
Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Free shipping is included on all orders.
What is your return policy? +
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. If you're not satisfied, contact us to initiate a return. The frame must be in its original packaging and unused condition.
What does the warranty cover? +
All UniPeak bed frames come with a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects, structural issues, and finish problems under normal use. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse or improper assembly.
How do I care for my bed frame? +
Wipe the frame with a soft, dry cloth to remove dust. For deeper cleaning, use a damp cloth with mild soap and dry immediately. Avoid abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals that could damage the powder-coated finish.
